What your future looks like
Receive, review, and approve Return RMA requests via email. Follow established approval paths and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure proper return policies and procedures are followed. Generate return orders in the WMS system so the warehouse team can complete the receiving process.
Receive RMA request emails from customers or our sales team and follow proper approval guidelines to determine if the RMA can be approved.
Manage, track, and follow up on pending approval/RMA requests.
Once the product is returned, generate a return order in WMS using the return product information provided by the warehouse team.
Work with the warehouse team to troubleshoot any issues or complications that arise from the receiving process.
Assist in reconciling charges associated with return discrepancies between customer records and our own receiving information.
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, and open to overtime if needed.
Other jobs assigned by manager/supervisor/team lead.
Essential Mental and Physical Functions
Mental Functions:
Critical thinking and decision making generally affecting one’s own job and/or specific functional area.
Basic math including addition, subtraction, and multiplication used to calculate data (With calculator and/or computer assistance).
This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to team lead’s guidelines.
Physical Functions:
Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting and sitting for long periods of time.
Ability to work under extreme environments such as high heat and/or cold weather.
Requires minimum lifting ability of 50 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50+ pounds with assistance of team members and/or equipment.
Work schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday; may vary based on business need.
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Good written and oral communication skills
Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel
WMS/SAP experience a plus
2+ years warehouse, operations, or sales experience
Careful, patient, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
Work Environment
The job will be primarily performed in an office setting but will occasionally require work to be done in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot, and/or cold.
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
