Adecco US, Inc. Intake travel Coordinator in Chino Hills, California

A dynamic and growing company based in Chino Hills, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Intake Coordinator / QA Specialist for a hybrid role .

The Intake Coordinator/QA Specialist is responsible for attending evaluations with physicians. works with the Director of Operations and is responsible for representing the company on a professional manner in interactions with physicians and applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsivities

  • Maintain operations of daily calendar

  • Confirm record count and cover letters are in the appropriate folder before the appointment date

  • Call 1 week ahead to confirm all QMEs for the next week (Patients & Interpreters)

  • Follow - Up on requirements prior to depositions ( Email links) or evaluations

  • Collect payment for all depositions before the scheduled date, if possible

  • Text the doctor the confirmation (depos, date, time's, patients names, interpreters & locations

  • Attend evaluations as directed by Director of Operations

  • Make sure the office is prepared and welcoming for both the physician and the applicant

  • Greet applicants in a warm and professional manner

  • Confirm all paperwork that is required for the physician's evaluation is completed by the applicant

  • Give the completed paperwork to the physician and scan the completed paperwork into the system

  • Mark the calendar "Attended", "Kept" or " No Show" this includes depos

  • Communicate all rescheduled, cancellations, or no shows with the schedule for rescheduling purposes

  • Prepare Super bill, QME 121, and 122 forms for billing

  • Prepare authorization for psyche testing

  • Bill evaluations and cancellations as needed

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications - Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED, and 1 or more years related work experience in a fast paced office, medical office, workers compensation, med-legal or legal office

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide information, direction and guidance with a variety of individuals

  • Proficient math skills

  • Ability to identify, and solve problems. Detailed, organized, and proactive thinking skills are vital

  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional, cooperative demeanor, conduct, and working relationships with peers, management, employees and other individuals that interact with this position

  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidential and sensitive information

  • Must have strong personal computing skills with strong working knowledge of word, excel, data base type software

  • Must be able to troubleshoot office equipment, which includes, internet, computer, scanner, and fax machines

Physical Demands - Environment and Work Conditions

This position entails 50% (approximate) car travel from office to patient intake office! (Inland Empire/Los Angeles County)

  • A valid driver's license is required.

  • Must have a reliable car.

  • Must provide proof of full coverage of automobile insurance.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per week
