Resideo Buyer II in CHIHUAHUA, Mexico

Ensure that purchase Raw Material, taking into account quality and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a procure parts to maintain production requirements. You will deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods of defined contracts with stated terms and conditions. Also may include occasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Deliver on customer needs.

  • Review and monitor purchase requisitions.

  • Manage supplier communication.

  • Understand market trends.

  • Deal with invoice discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with strategic procurement.

  • Project Management.

  • Safety Stock Programs.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3-5 years of procurement experience or related roles.

  • ERP/MRP system proficiency

  • Experience in the search of Alternate Components.

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.

  • Fluent Conversational English.

WE VALUE:

  • Knowledge of purchasing systems.

  • SAP (purchase & planning modules).

  • Strong communication skills and a team player.

  • Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving.

  • Medium amount of years of experience in a purchasing.

  • Engineering concepts, acknowledge.

  • Jira experience.

  • Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing.
