AutoZone, Inc. Accounts Receivable Customer Representative - Finance in Chihuahua, Mexico

SUMMARY

Provides assistance and/or resolution to Stores and AutoZone Commercial Credit costumers. Give credit orientation to customers and Commercial Specialist. Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests , Credit Questions and SFA mailboxes for its prompt and successful resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Phone assistance to AZ store Commercial Specialists.

  • Phone assistance to Commercial Credit costumers.

  • Resolution to invoice and statements requests

  • Daily reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

  • Area of Study:Accounting, Finance ,Business

  • Years of Experience:One to two years.

  • Type of Experience:Bilingual, Customer Service

  • Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Bilingual

  • Other/Preferred:None
