This role is very crucial for operation and plays important role on process safety and to be a link between production and R &D function. The candidate need to cooperate and communicate with workshop production team, R&D, Maintenance, QA/QC,SHE,IP and project team to better improve the production efficiency and ensure the products quality to meet the market and customer requirement.

Your key responsibilities

• Optimize/improve production processes and processes, improve process safety, production efficiency, product quality and reduce production costs, and understand the relevant process mechanism;

• Responsible for the implementation of appropriate management and technical tools to improve production capacity and process discipline;

• Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.

You bring

• Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering and technology, biological engineering, etc.

• Good communication and social skills

• Familiar with Auto CAD, Word, Excel, PPT

• Good oral and written skills

• Familiar with fermentation process, process safety, etc

• Experience in food manufacturing and GMP is a plus
