J Polep Distribution services/NCD services the Convenience Store Market in Western MA. We are headquartered out of Chicopee, Massachusetts, and are growing. The Field Retail Sales Support position is an entry level dynamic and remote position that includes local travel, within New England with a specified territory of Western MA to upstate NY. The ideal candidate is eager to support the needs of our growing and flourishing chain department. While the day-to-day responsibilities can differ; the primary role is to support the Key Account Manager as well as act as a liaison to the store managers and support the chain initiatives. Need to be able to drive to our customer\'s location on a daily basis and have a valid drivers license If you enjoy people and problem solving, this is the role for you. You will learn and embrace the methodology behind planograms, understanding shelf positioning, identifying retail discrepancies and more. You will be conducting site surveys based upon the client\'s needs as well as adhering to the schedule that is outlined by the Key Account Manager.
