Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting department, overseeing general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management functions.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage the audit process, including coordination with external auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proven track record of implementing financial controls and process improvements.
