Job Description Summary
Provide field service leadership in order to achieve revenue and margin targets, customer loyalty, world-class service and employee satisfaction. This role will be responsible for the West Region comprising of Rocky Mountain, Pacific Northwest and Southwest regions for Imaging, Multivendor and Biomed service.
Job Description
• Accountable for positive leadership and culture of the Region through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of leaders
• Leads and cultivates a culture of GE Beliefs, customer focus and integrity
• Drive business results and manages customer relationships within the region
• Ensure operational processes (planned maintenance completion, overtime management, non-contract revenue, variable cost productivity) are optimized within the Region
• Fosters strong customer relationships surpassing customer expectations on service and solutions
• Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and customer experiences
• Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 10 years of leadership experience of large service team or complex P&L
Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
Ability to engage and inspire large distributed workforce
Experience engaging with customers, driving growth and managing escalated issues
Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a team that is accountable for financial commitments to a business unit
Willingness to travel 70%
Demonstrates a growth mindset and LEAN methodology
Desired Characteristics:
Strong preference for candidate to be located in Irvine, CA area but may consider other West locations
Prior field service leadership experience
Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams
Experience in managing a large P&L
Strong business acumen
An inclusive leader that builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust
Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
