In this role, you have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact by driving the success of critical data onboarding projects that underpin our marketplace operations. By effectively managing complex data transformation initiatives and fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with data engineers, business analysts, client integration engineers, product teams, and technical PMs to define project strategies, requirements, and dependencies.

  • Project Management: Ensure cross-functional teams meet target completion dates, identify and mitigate risks proactively.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Earn trust through regular updates to senior management on project status, dependencies, and risks.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop, communicate, and monitor project success metrics. Provide ongoing program status reports with clear and regular updates to all stakeholders.

  • Documentation and Transparency: Maintain a centralized repository to track business decisions, their impacts, and provide transparency.

  • Adaptability: Manage ambiguity and competing priorities while focusing on both short-term and long-term goals and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of program or project management experience.

  • Methodologies: Proficiency with agile, scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

  • Data-Driven: Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience providing project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Technical Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams across different time zones and geographies.

  • Tools: Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Structure, etc.).

  • Bonus: Familiarity with the internet/digital advertising ecosystem is a plus.
