Description

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• System Design and Implementation: Develop and implement system infrastructure plans, including hardware, software, and networks.

• Design and configure system components, such as servers, storage devices, and operating systems.

• Create and maintain system documentation, including diagrams and procedures.

• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.

• Troubleshoot system problems and implement solutions.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and security patches.

• System Security: Implement and maintain system security measures to protect against threats.

• Monitor system activity for suspicious behavior and respond accordingly.

• Project Management: Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute system-related projects.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering.

• Strong knowledge of server hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux).

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Familiarity with storage systems and backup solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
