Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager to join one of our largest healthcare clients within their Medicare Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the selection and implementation of a new management tool to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and senior leadership, to identify business requirements, evaluate potential solutions, and oversee the deployment of the chosen tool. Your expertise in project management, combined with a deep understanding of Medicare marketing, will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition and adoption of the new system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a healthcare or marketing environment.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of Project Management experience using agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Healthcare experience, specifically surrounding Medicare

-Experience leading end-to-end software projects from initiation through implementation

-Experience with work management tools (e.g., Rally, RTC, JIRA, etc.) null
