The Business Technology team at Uber Freight is looking for an experienced BSA to help deliver on our GTM Tech Strategy and Roadmap. This role is centered on optimizing systems, enhancing analytics, and refining processes to empower our commercial organization to increase sales effectiveness. It serves as a critical bridge between business, sales operations, and our Salesforce development teams to accelerate engineering velocity and business priorities. The ideal candidate should be proactive and analytically driven, with a proven record of delivering impactful business outcomes through process and technology.
What the Candidate Will Do:
Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery sessions and workshops with Sales and Commercial Operations teams to capture detailed business and technical requirements aligned with strategic business goals.
Solution Design: Architect and deliver robust solutions that address critical business needs, ensuring scalable and sustainable impact on performance. Author Product Requirement Documents (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.) and contribute to Engineering Requirement Documents.
Implementation: Write test scripts, lead user acceptance testing, and proactively unblock engineering challenges to ensure smooth and timely go lives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and Tech to develop and execute roadmaps, while effectively communicating progress and changes across various levels throughout the project lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 years + as a Business Systems Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role focusing on Business Systems and Salesforce implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with gathering requirements and testing complex integrations requiring middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects independently, prioritizing tasks, and handling simultaneous assignments effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with large scale Salesforce (Sales Cloud) design and implementations
