We are partnering with a large client of ours in search of a Sr. Project Manager with experience working in the banking industry. This is a long termW2 contract opportunity and it is hybrid in downtown Chicago. Feel free to apply to learn more.

• Define structure for strategically critical initiatives and develop and manage a comprehensive plan for successful product launch

• Responsible for planning and overseeing strategically critical product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.

• Orchestrates workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.

• Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.

• Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture & product driven initiatives.

• Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity, solve business problems and mitigate risks. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.

• Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.

• Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy

• Provides leadership and guidance’s to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.

• Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an executable projects.

  Required Skills:

• Mastery of program and project management disciplines, including development of program/project plans, assessment and mitigation of risk, effective meeting management and tracking actions and issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented and efficient.

• Comfortable with ambiguity.

• Ability to influence at all levels, driving and adapting to change in a proactive and positive way.

• Digital and Payments experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00
