Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our team, managing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any queries. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and standardize reconciliation processes and formats

• Conduct extensive Balance Sheet reconciliation and financial analysis

• Research and collect supporting documentation for account reconciliation

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Handle General Ledger operations and Journal Entries

• Ensure accuracy in month end close procedures

• Leverage Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite for various accounting tasks

• Independently resolve issues with a problem-solving attitude

• Preferably have experience with Peoplesoft, though not mandatory

Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, ideally within a healthcare setting

• Demonstrated proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Expertise in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of General Ledger management

• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate Journal Entries

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in managing Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with NetSuite financial software

• Working knowledge of Oracle financial systems

• Experience with SAP financial software, particularly within a healthcare environment
