Cintas Senior Product Developer in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Senior Product Developer. This role is responsible for leading the fabric research and development for the most complex apparel projects. Champion new innovations and trend analysis in accordance with the vision and strategies of the Global Supply Chain division and our internal and external stakeholders. Influence decision makers to achieve a fabric-first mindset to deliver a competitive advantage and improve speed to market. Manage project timelines, objectives and deliverables while mitigating risk and through collaboration with Strategic Sourcing. Manage and resolve the most complex high-level challenges. Coach, train and mentor the larger Product Development team.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED

6-8 years of garment product development or applicable experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in apparel product placement, merchandising, or fashion

5-7 years of Yunique/PLM experience

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,360.00 - $91,045.93/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
