Revlon Senior Planogram Analyst in Chicago, Illinois


The Senior Planogram Analyst will be responsible for managing the strategic delivery of Category Management and Space Management best practices via the participation and implementation of corporate initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Planogram Analyst will lead database and reporting development and implementation as well as provide insights and recommendations pertaining to planogram assortment and merchandising execution. This role will also include SKU Management and Bill of Materials responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead development and evolution of databases to keep up with business needs while fulfilling planogram and Customer requirements

  • Manage development of SKU and planogram distribution reports, special project and ad hoc reporting

  • Partner with Retail Strategy to develop the wall planogram strategy for all brands/categories while addressing profitability and ease of execution

  • Provide fixture recommendation for new product during development

  • Build core assortment of planograms

  • Communicate Corporate Merchandising Strategy to Customer Teams for all brands

  • Review all planograms from customers for accuracy, graphics and brand consistency

  • Convert planograms to executable Bill of Materials while ensuring the integrity of planograms

  • Conduct fact-based analysis to offer space/product recommendations and business opportunities

  • Lead training and support of Customer Team Space Planners in Space Management Software

  • Maintain historical planograms in order to efficiently plan fixture requirements

  • Analyze Corporate planogram changes each half to effectively capture new and existing fixture needs

  • Travel required: 0%


  • 3+ years of Category Management, Planogram or Supply Chain experience required, preferably in a multi-divisional consumer goods company

  • Experience with manufacturing companies and/or vendors a plus

  • Experience in visual merchandising or retail a plus
