The Corporate Audit Services (CAS) Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analyses related to budgets, forecasts, and allocations of expenses; ad hoc analysis for business case development and custom financial analyses; peer group analysis; and internal consulting for all levels of management. Develops and maintains spreadsheets for financial analysis and prepares a variety of management reports. Researches and resolves problems and errors in financial data. Develops and maintains procedures and identifies and implements process improvements. Additionally, this role is responsible for adherence to Third Party Risk Management and Third Party Contracting policies which includes end-to-end lifecycle management of assigned third parties and CAS contracts. This role works independently with minimal guidance.
Involved in the development of the annual financial plan and providing supporting documentation.
Analyzes and provides supporting rationale for CAS’ monthly financial forecast and quarterly LOB review meetings which includes analyzing general ledger activity, variance analysis, and providing quarterly/year-end talking points to the Chief Audit Executive.
Evaluates and advises management on financial reporting needs in light of changes in regulatory requirements or business needs.
Evaluates and analyzes the impact of alternative business decisions and identifies solutions to a variety of financial issues.
Provides financial information for CAS management, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and regulatory agencies and other ad hoc requests from Finance or CAS management as needed.
Responsible for invoice processing and reconciliation.
Responsible for various external provider tasks including processing provider resource requests, assisting in the completion of Statements of Work, and tracking and reporting on provider hours and costs.
Ensure compliance with Third Party Risk Management Program (TPRM) policy and procedures by meeting requirements and workflow deadlines for Reassessments, Ongoing Management, Terminations, Exit Strategy, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), etc. and ensure that the TPRM system of record (SOR) accurately reflects current status of assigned third party relationship.
Ensure compliance with Third Party Contracting Policy by managing contracting lifecycle activities in accordance with policy requirements, including required processes and workflows for contract requests, contract language, contract variances, dispositions, periodic reviews, and terminations.
Facilitate and coordinate meetings with BL partners, Technical Owners, and Third Parties for Ongoing Management and maintain documentation accordingly.
Ensure Third Parties respond timely for required Reassessments, tracking their compliance, and escalating as needed if a risk is identified that would breach a key metric.
Facilitate and coordinate activities to close open findings with the third parties in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of related experience
Finance or Accounting experience
Expert knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
Experience in forecasting and planning
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with contracts/contract review
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude with a forward-thinking mindset
Ability to adapt to change
Experience working with third party/vendor management with industry knowledge of third-party assessments and/or technology or financial banking operations
Ability to multi-task and successfully lead and manage multiple high priority initiatives/activities
Ability to negotiate successful outcomes for both business partners and third parties as well as interact with high-level executives, auditors, and regulators

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $87,465.00 - $102,900.00 - $113,190.00
