Job Summary:

We are seeking to fill the role of Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis within our Financial Planning and Analysis organization. You will lead the financial planning, reporting and analysis supporting the Affiliates business. This role is located in Chicago, Illinois and is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Duties

· Lead the financial planning, reporting, analysis and forecasting activities for the brokerage and Affiliates business.

· Prepare and validate monthly results business reporting packages to help explain key drivers in revenue/expense trends key timing metrics.

· Work with leadership to continuously build and evolve standardized KPIs and support schedules to improve revenue and expense performance.

· Lead and prepare cost benefit analysis in support of key investments relating to incremental growth through office expansion and/or new Affiliates opportunities. (e.g., break even analysis).

· Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare budget and drive accountability by working with Affiliate Offices to understand revenue and expense drivers.

· Lead the financial planning, reporting, analysis and forecasting activities for consolidation of At World Holdings (parent company) as well as direct support of corporate functions

· Develop and lead the financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities for the consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Minimum 3 years of related work experience in Financial Analysis

· Experience using GP Dynamics, Vena, and business intelligence systems a plus

· Ability to utilize multiple systems to extract relevant data for reporting and analyses

· Solid communication skills è Ability to translate the numbers into actionable insights

· Results oriented è Willing to roll up sleeves, work around barriers, and get the job done

· High energy, positive, collaborative, approachable, team oriented work style and ability to follow through with a very high level of customer satisfaction.

· Proven ability to work well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, team environment

· Analytical with a healthy dose of intellectual curiosity
