Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Broker/Account Manager to join our team! Do you have an optimistic outlook and willingness to work with a multidimensional and diverse team? Are you a resourceful and ambitious individual wanting to continue to expand your insurance knowledge and skills while working on a lively and collaborative team? This position might just be right for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a first class service to clients while leading a team. Balancing efficient servicing of client accounts and meeting client needs.

• Builds, expands and solidifies relationships at all levels to address clients' needs.

• Drives growth for both existing and new clients.

• Find and analyze client exposures to recommend or craft risk transfers or suitable financing products for their needs.

• Solves complex client problems and services medium to high complexity accounts.

• Develops and maintains a network of broker relationships and product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience

• License required.
