Job Description

The objective is to maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports for complex entity structures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate books and records are maintained for all assigned entities.

· Prepare the following:

o Cash reconciliations

o Daily and periodic general ledger entries

o Month end close process

o Account reconciliations

· Coordinate production of monthly financial reports including:

o Balance sheet

o Income statement

o Statement of cash flows

o Budget vs actual results

o Variance analysis

o Client/Management reporting

o Debt and Equity investor reporting

· Review client payroll processing.

· Assist with ensuring appropriate Policies and Procedures are maintained.

· Provide support with developing and documenting new processes.

· Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· 5-8 years of accounting & family office experience, CPA required.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance required.

· Experience in preparing journal entries and working within a general ledger (D365 or Sage Intacct experience preferred).

· Must be very intelligent, a fast learner, extremely detail oriented, and thorough with strong analytical skills.

· Desire to continually improve processes and procedures to achieve greater accuracy and/or efficiency.

· Must have a hands-on attitude and be willing to roll-up their sleeves to do what is needed to support the efforts of the team.

· Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions.

· Advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent communication skills.
