Position Summary

The Resource Management Senior Associate supports the tactical and strategic functions associated with managing the overall supply and demand of consultants for client engagements. This role interfaces with business stakeholders to understand project requirements, employee skillsets, background, professional development, and career goals and uses this information in making project assignment to help effectively balance that supply and demand. This role partners and collaborates with business leaders to develop strategies to meet client requirements, sets up team for delivery success, and meets organizational business objectives. Key to success in this role is one’s ability to establish and maintain credibility with practice/internal teams, develop and maintain understanding of business offerings and effectively communicate at all levels throughout the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess capacity, demand, and skills gaps.

Qualifications

Qualifications

At least 2-5 years of work experience in resource management or related field; consulting environment highly preferred.

Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

Salesforce experience required (either supporting a Salesforce team in a resource management capacity, recruiting for Salesforce, Salesforce consulting experience or Salesforce ecosystem experience)

Exceptional communication, influencing and analytical skills.

Strong oral presentation, listening and influencing skills

Proven collaboration skills

Experience with resource automation systems and software (Preferably Workday)

Experience in reporting, with some familiarity with data analytics tools ((i.e., Power BI, Workday, Adaptive)

Experience in capacity planning and forecasting

High proficiency with intermediate/advanced functions of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with Visio, Smartsheets and SharePoint is preferred but not required

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $100,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,759 - $126,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
