During pilot phases, the Product Manager will use the ASBAR (Situation, Background , Action, Recommendation) methodology to assess and document each use case; conduct pilot phases for each use case to test the AI solution to evaluate its performance and impact; and the individual will be responsible for defining success metrics at the beginning of the pilot and monitor them throughout the pilot phase to determine the viability of scaling the AI solution. After pilot phases, the Product Manager will evaluate the results based on predefined success metrics, and they will involve technical experts to ensure the AI solution can be effectively scaled and integrated into the organization's operations.
