We create solutions and messaging to position in market, launch new products, and enable sales and partners. We work in partnership with marketing, sales, sales strategy to grow pipegen and grow the reputation and awareness of our business unit via thought leadership, events, and customer marketing. All while working hard to support our customers — nonprofits and grantmakers — to use technology to facilitate more impact with their missions.

The Product Marketing role will support the go-to-market efforts for Nonprofit Cloud, the platform for nonprofits and grantmakers for fundraising, marketing communications and engagement, program management, and grants management.

This role is for product marketing managers that love the thrill of creating and tailoring product messaging and demonstrations for live audiences to feed the demand pipeline and ensure our sales team can engage effectively with interested prospects. As to be expected in a startup-like environment, the scope of this position will evolve continuously. Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility is required.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing at a high tech company, or similar

  • Strategic vision to articulate go-to-market strategy, and the “do-what-it-takes” mindset to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution and pipegen

  • Demonstrated examples of crafting product positioning and content

  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to develop compelling customer-facing presentations as well as coordinate logistics of small scale customer-facing events

  • Ability to develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning

  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to create visionary assets that showcase the power of Salesforce

  • Experience with enterprise technology and the sales cycle with a sales-driven mindset

  • Keen understanding of the Salesforce technology stack a plus

  • Experience working in the nonprofit sector a plus
