As a customer-obsessed leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our omni-channel strategy and brand identity. In this high-impact position, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand campaigns, crafting compelling brand expression projects, and driving rapid US omni-channel growth. Your role will involve conceiving and implementing innovative marketing strategies, but will require a keen eye for executing with excellence, guiding these projects from ideation through successful testing and scaled execution.

The right person for this role will have experience with omnichannel marketing (online and physical retail stores), making data-driven decisions, and influencing others. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with marketing tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). Experience writing creative briefs and managing campaigns and creative projects (e.g., packaging design) from brief through execution and measurement are critical. Flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative and driven to achieve results. Key job responsibilities
Conceptualize, build, and execute campaigns, including creative development, targeting segmentation, and campaign performance analysis, and support the Sr. PMM in the development of larger initiatives across the brand team
Optimize marketing efforts to create a cohesive brand messaging for customers
Deeply understand and articulate the target customer; obsessively understand new and competitive brands, trends, and opportunities
Develop internal content resources (e.g. personas, playbooks, messaging guides) for broader internal use
Execute and consult on key brand creative projects for customer touchpoints like packaging design, uniforms, and in-store design
Partner with stakeholders within and outside the team to derive critical insights from data and synthesize recommendations to improve campaign performance and reach.
Coordinate with other marketing, product, and creative functions as needed

About the team
The Brand Team is responsible for the strategy, creative, and governance of the Amazon Fresh Brand across North America, worldwide geographies, and touch points within the larger Amazon ecosystem. Our key function is to deliver campaigns that drive the business and create tools & mechanisms that align business and marketing objectives with customer experiences and creative outputs. Our intent is to know our customers and the markets we serve better than anyone.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
