About the Role:

This is a team member position on the Property Management Procure to Pay (P2P) Support team. The Specialist role provides support and technical assistance to Property Management users for simple to moderately complex issues while meeting defined service level expectations. Identifies issues, researches causes, and provides solutions for Property Management teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding P2P processes and capabilities.

  • Research and support P2P modules and test processes using defined guidelines.

  • Develop relationships with P2P system users.

  • Gather information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user satisfaction.

  • Log work tickets. Provide end-users with a simple explanation of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner.

  • Follow procedures for complex problems. This includes an evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system specifications.

  • Deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for training.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MIS or related field preferred or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in similar field.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
