The Millennium Group Office Services Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois

20.00-22.50 per hour 20.00-22.50 | Chicago, IL, USA | Hourly | Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

  • Prompt response to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and visitors; assists with work tickets, meeting support inquiries, package pick-ups and deliveries

  • Manage multiple Outlook mailboxes and various requests; coordinates all service calls and work orders required by the client

  • Assists with hospitality and conference room sets where necessary

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation

  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety processes

  • Participate in cross training

  • Completes other tasks/duties as assigned by the Site Lead or Account Manager

    Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalency required; higher education preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer facing, professional environment

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams

  • MUST possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently

  • Must be adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written, oral, and verbal customer service skills

  • Able to learn new skills quickly

  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

  • Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders/customers

  • Maintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials

  • Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence

  • Maintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility

  • Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time

  • Able to lift or move 40lbs or greater at times
