Basic Function:

Responsible for developing, executing, and fostering a collaborative omnichannel business partnership between Revlon , Mass Cosmetics, American Crew, and CND Nail and Customer(s) that delivers volume, share and profit objectives for Revlon (i.e. assigned brand categories), and contributes to the customer’s total category growth.

Through a total understanding of customer and company business objectives is able to develop a holistic cohesive vision, business plan sell in strategy, and action plans to deliver, with excellence, the agreed-to business results and drive a seamless, best in class omnichannel consumer journey and online customers experience.

Responsible for challenging the status quo to develop new go-to- market opportunities and obtain widespread support by working effectively with others. Ability to penetrate across the customer organization, including merchandising, marketing, supply chain and finance at the appropriate levels, institute agreed to business principles, and have regular contact.

Major Duties:

  • Lead, develop and facilitate internal and external relationships in support of the business objectives. Establish analytics and performance of Omni activities to drive profitable sales growth and productivity with both internal and external partners

  • Internal - Contribute point of view and develop omnichannel sell-in and sell-through retail action plans to become more efficient with internal teams listed below

  • Sales Insights and Strategies Team

  • Marketing (US / eCOMM)

  • Trade Marketing

  • Finance

  • Logistics and Inventory Management

  • External – Key strategic alignment/influence with external teams listed below

  • In Store Merchant Team

  • EComm Merchant and Content Team

  • Store Operations

  • Create and maintain weekly strategic activation (In Store and digital) plans that align with brand vision/objectives

  • Weekly internal communication to account for results and gap closing actions.

  • Pro-actively works with all internal and external contacts to achieve Net Sales, GM, POS targets

  • Develop and implement business building strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks

  • Integrates Revlon/Pro Brand corporate strategy with customer’s go-to-market strategy

  • Develops, implements and monitors the customer’s Weekly and Annual consumption plan for integration into the overall account business plan in conjunction with Sr. Planning Analyst. Devlops business plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Manage the P&L for the customer’s brands to ensure account profitability

  • Manages the customer P&L to meet objectives set forth by CBD Leadership

  • Determines financial needs based on business plans and ROI analysis

  • Works with Finance Team to ensure Revenue Growth. Analyzes and tracks customer POS and investments.

  • Execute Long Range Planning and annual Joint Business Plans that incorporates company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume from joint efforts that ensure profitable, and sustainable growth across Revlon and Customers KPIs. Integrates corporate strategy with customer’s go-to-market strategy.

Financial Scope Responsibilities

  • Mass: Responsible for $20mm GSV and $6mm MDF/Trade Support

  • Pro: Responsible for $8mm Pro GSV and $2k Trade Support

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • 5-7 years direct selling experience within CPG industry required (Cosmetics, specific applicable Channel experience preferred). Previous broker management sales experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify both short and long range sustainable growth opportunities based on in-depth understanding of both company and customer strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience converting analytical information into Sales tools to promote sales and profit goals within customer business plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to take appropriate risks as part of a comprehensive long-range growth plan.

  • Execution (Initiative & Follow-Through)

  • Ability to drive for results and flawless execution

  • Ability and desire to operate as a “hands-on” operational leader (in addition to strategic responsibilities)

  • Maintain accuracy for assigned product categories (Within Revlon - includes Brand Drivers for assigned product categories and MDF planner maintenance)

  • Demonstrated success of proactively planning and delivering results.

  • Demonstrated ability to ensure a plan is followed through to completion and corresponding success.

  • Experience developing successful new business building ideas based on total understanding of the customer’s business drivers and go-to-market strategies.

  • Systems Skills

  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat skills necessary.

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 5-7 years direct selling experience required with previous (CPG, Cosmetics, applicable Channel experience preferred)
