Growing national law firm has an immediate opening for a dynamic and proactive Litigation Paralegal with experience in Relativity. The firm offers a friendly, collaborative team, flexibility and a competitive compensation package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use Relativity for processing and analysis of electronic evidence during litigation.

• Assist attorneys in research, drafting, and revision of legal documents and researches.

• Organize and manage files, documents, and exhibits.

• Prepare for and assist with trials and court proceedings.

• Manage document production processes - hard copy, electronic, etc.

• Perform detailed cite-checking, proofreading, and the ability to bluebook.

• Participate in and oversee document productions.

• Provide legal and administrative support in a variety of manners.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or completion of a paralegal program.

• At least 3+ as a Litigation Paralegal.

• Proficiency in e-discovery and litigation support tools such as Relativity.

• Strong understanding of document management methods and electronic discovery technology.

• Exceptional research skills, with proficiency in Westlaw or LEXIS.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Strong planning and organizing skills, with close attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
