Job Description

This position can sit remote in the US but will require travel to IT HQ in Chicago, IL once every few months

Governance and Oversight is a first line of defense team which supports the Information Technology and Cyber Security Departments. The role will report directly to the head of IT and cybersec governance and oversight and will support IT, IS management and work closely with 2nd and 3rd lines of defense (Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit). This role will be part of a dedicated team focusing on promoting control awareness and risk management within the US Region IT/IS organization.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT GRC risk experience.

   - Experience in financial services/banking and understanding of regulatory processes.

   - Proficiency in information technology concepts and process flows and a general understanding of IT controls around security, change management, computer operations, database design, and IT operations management

   - Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels of an organization. Time management and organizational skills are required.

• Data analysis and visualization skills using Excel and/or other analysis software null
