Overview
How You’ll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking an Account Management Intern to participate in our Summer Internship Program. As an Account Management Intern, you will support the tactical execution of client campaigns and development of promotional programs that allow us to maintain and optimize client revenue in an ROI-focused environment to ultimately help grow market share. You'll partner with the Sr. Account Manager or Lead Account Manager on project management and program execution across internal cross-teams while providing our clients with exception service. Additionally, you'll Monitor campaign activity and program performance to identify potential opportunities/risks and optimize as needed. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
What You’ll Achieve
Impact : Assist in the execution of launches with cross-teams and perform quality assurance on campaign launches.
Career Growth : Demonstrate expertise in all Account Management tools and processes, ultimately managing and maintaining client promotions in a timely and accurate manner.
Epsilon’s Internship Program
As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program , which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.

Why you might stand out from other talent :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related Business focus preferred
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay Range: $24.00/hr
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
