Overview:
The Grassroots Marketer/Driver will work closely with team members to promote events, engage consumers, and help drive sales of products and services to the general public at local events throughout various cities. This position will be full-time with 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Pre-promote events and offers.
Flyer and door hanging properties and target areas.
Product promotion
Premium and product inventory management
When needed: set up, tear down and maintenance of event site and materials.
Administrative Duties (recapping, filing, finance management)
Travel within the various cities
Drive company provided vehicle to transport event site items.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be reliable, flexible and possess a strong work ethic.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Field promotion and proven sales experience preferred.
Travel required.

Additional Requirements:
Education/Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer Skills: Ability to use and navigate on a company provided computer and mobile device applications. Proficient skills with MS Office Suite programs; Excel.

Regularly required to view items at both an extremely close and distance range and must be able to adjust and readjust focus.

Language Skills : English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
