What you\'ll do:

  • The Tax Global Mobility Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of a full range of expatriate services:

    • Demonstrate solid understanding of tax codes, regulations, rulings and tax law related to individual income tax issues including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, and the tax equalization process.
    • Review US individual income tax returns and tax equali ation calculations for inbound and outbound international assignees.
    • Lead arrival and departure tax meetings for expatriates and in-patriates.
    • Coordinate and review ofU.S. payroll estimates including hypothetical tax and shadow payroll.
    • Communicate with corporate clients and their assignees.
    • Assist with identification and conducting various consulting projects including, but not limited to, compensation, assignment planning, client policies and other ad hoc activities.
    • Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
  • Learn and grow from direct and on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs.

  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
