Position Summary

As an integral part of our consulting team, we are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our Emerging Technology Practice, with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning (ML). Your role will be critical in developing and refining cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that leverage Generative AI, machine learning models, and large language models (LLMs). You will play a key part in constructing and maintaining solutions for clients in healthcare, higher education, and other sectors, ensuring superior quality, scalability, and performance across both backend and frontend components.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack systems and front-end applications for machine learning backends.

  • Define full-stack platform strategy for ML applications and create front-end and application layer solutions for our ML services.

  • Architect custom AI/ML pipelines, ensuring they meet SLA requirements and performance benchmarks.

  • Manage the deployment and infrastructure of AI, ML, Generative AI, and LLM products across multiple platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

  • Lead the development and integration of scalable APIs for AI/ML services.

  • Establish monitoring systems to track model performance and data quality, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

Candidate Profile

You are a technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and full-stack development. You demonstrate a robust blend of technical, architectural, and developer competencies, complemented by a solid understanding of business vision.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience, ideally focused on AI and ML development.

  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and REST APIs.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML models, including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, and Amazon solutions.

  • Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML pipelines, with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

  • Knowledge of enterprise search frameworks and full-stack architecture for ML applications.

  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, code repository management, and automation tools.

  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) are highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

The estimated base salary for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
