Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in Chicago, Illinois, United States. As an ERP/CRM Consultant, you will be involved in various tasks, primarily focused on the configuration, management, and improvement of Salesforce systems. This position is within the technology industry and will require a strong understanding of Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Configuration among other skills.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently managing and administering Salesforce systems

• Regularly interacting with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements

• Conducting thorough data cleanup using Salesforce Data Loader

• Configuring Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds based on business needs

• Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams

• Reporting within Salesforce and utilizing Tableau for data visualization

• Ensuring optimal out-of-the-box configuration of Salesforce systems

• Leveraging skills in Client-Side Scripting and Cloud Technologies for system improvements

• Working with EO/IR systems, AB Testing, and API Development

• Maintaining detailed documentation of business process functions and configuration management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Client-Side Scripting

• Expertise in Cloud Technologies

• Must have experience with CRM

• Knowledge in Database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficient in AB Testing

• Experience in API Development

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Able to draft Business Requirement Document

• Knowledge in Configuration Management

• Salesforce Administration skills

• Experience in Salesforce Configuration

• Proficiency in using Apex Data Loader
