Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Engagement Coordinator in the vibrant city of Rosemont, Illinois. This role involves a hybrid work model, with 1-2 days a week in the office and the remainder working remotely or attending various events around the suburbs. The Engagement Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating community events, planning and coordinating campaigns, and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate various events, including farmers markets, kids events, and celebrations, across different suburbs.

• Foster strong community relationships and work effectively within community matters.

• Generate and manage leads to drive engagement and growth.

• Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Use Facebook Insights and other digital tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance.

• Develop and execute advertising strategies to boost brand awareness.

• Collaborate with the team in campaign planning and execution.

• Coordinate community events aiming to increase lead generation and engagement.

Requirements • Role requires a minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar position

• Proficiency in CRM software is required

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights is necessary for effective performance

• Experience in creating and managing advertisements is essential

• A strong understanding of brand awareness strategies is required

• Ability to plan and execute campaigns effectively is a key requirement

• Experience in coordinating community events is desirable

• Proficiency in event planning and coordination is a must
