Overview\ eCommerce is a rapidly changing and evolving source of growth for PepsiCo, it is imperative for our organization to drive an aggressive growth agenda during our strategic planning time horizon. The eCommerce Sales Specialist (Key Account Manager) will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of integrated sales and capability strategies for the eCommerce team and achieving the defined growth. This role will be responsible for supporting the newly formed and strategically important eConvenience channel focusing on the customer gopuff across the Total PepsiCo F&B portfolio.

The eConvenience channel will play a strategic role as a profitable eCommerce customer supporting BU agendas (Path to 15, Always Everywhere, etc.) and will grow to \$1B in retail sales over the next 2-3 years.

Responsibilities\ * Day to day ownership and & supporting execution of the PepsiCo business on gopuff including customer call ownership\ * Develop a process and support the execution of gopuff market & assortment expansion\ * Ability to present innovation and key product opportunities evidenced through successful sell-in to the customers\ * Marketing and promotional plan development and execution in conjunction with the eCommerce Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams\ * Weekly communication and planning with cross-functional teams regarding key business updates including new business/customer updates, new assortment additions, marketing & promotional activity, market expansion updates, etc.\ * Responsible for on-going updates/development of financial & supply chain forecasting across all BUs\ * Leading weekly customer calls focused on strategic & executional priorities\ * Introduction and maintenance of new products, including coordination with marketing/brand teams and supply chain (e.g., sourcing strategy)\ * Support the execution of the 2024 AOP & support the development for 2025+ AOPs, JBPs, etc.\ * Develop & execute an overall reporting strategy across all key metrics important to driving the business including Sales, Category/Share, Supply Chain: inventory, OOS, etc., Location level financial & Supply Chain reporting, Post Promotional Analyses, etc.\ * Sales reporting, analysis and insights including but not limited to weekly organization-wide sales performance reports, monthly and quarterly business review analyses, and ad hoc analyses that drive ongoing strategy\ * General Account Maintenance including: New Item setup, Invoicing and Finance account support (e.g., pricing, invoicing, AR/AP, trade management)\ * The ideal candidate for this high-visibility position will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing through changes to both internal & external strategies/deliverables.\ * Success in this role requires being extremely organized & proactive, the ability to demonstrate the development and execution of an agenda, past experience working with and influencing a customer, strong analytic skills, and the ability to form new insights to drive PepsiCos business & influence the overall eConvenience strategy.\ * The candidate must have the capacity to quickly learn the business and stretch through different cross-functional competencies including (supply chain/operations, marketing, finance, commercial).\ * Strong knowledge and experience working with a customer and PepsiCo cross-functional teams (supply chain/operations, marketing, finance, commercial (across all BUs), franchise bottler operations and/or eCommerce) highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$65,000 - \$132,500 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be onsidered in setting actual starting salary.\ * A business development incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
