As our Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, you will oversee and enhance our payer accountability program, align it with organizational goals, and drive operational excellence through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions. You will centralize the current payer escalation infrastructure, analyze existing payer relationships, and identify areas for improvement. To thrive, you must be proactive, result-oriented, collaborative, strategic, tactical, accountable, continuously improving, and able to work well under ambiguity.

Here’s What You Can Expect

• Develop and implement SOPs, ensure compliance, manage process flows, milestones, and deadlines, provide status updates to the executive team, and handle change, risk, and resource management.

• Collaborate with payer escalations leadership to set strategic goals and performance metrics, and work with Data Sciences and Managed Care Analytics to prepare reports identifying improvement opportunities and demonstrating value.

• Partner with payer escalations leadership, product, automation, and IT teams to implement innovative technology and automation solutions that enhance outcomes, scalability, and reduce payer/provider friction.

• Develop budgets for new technology and operational initiatives and ensure financial oversight for budget variances.

• Establish partnerships with internal teams and external payer organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED

• Extensive experience in revenue cycle operations and payer relations.

• Proven track record of managing and resolving payer escalations.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $105,575.00 - $158,023.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
