Children's Home and Aid Director of Development Marketing in Chicago, Illinois

The Director of Development Marketing leads the strategic direction and execution of all donor related communication and engagement efforts, successfully conveying Brightpoint’s impact & value proposition across donor audiences. This role focuses on optimizing the donor experience, overseeing events, enhancing digital and direct mail strategies, and supporting statewide giving initiatives. This position will report to the Vice President of Advancement.

Candidate qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in fundraising and marketing, with annual giving experience required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience required.

Job details:

  • Compensation: Salary Range starts at $85k; offers are commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience.

  • Schedule: Full-time, salaried. Regular business hours with remote flexibility 1-2 days/week.
