Smithbucklin, a 100-percent employee-owned professional services company serving non-profits and industry associations, is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager for the Corporate Marketing team.

As a senior manager at Smithbucklin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our external marketing strategy. Working with the External Marketing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and other executive stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing our reputation, and engaging our target audiences through innovative digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in digital and content marketing programs.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the strategy and management of external digital marketing channels for Smithbucklin companies including all social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), websites and digital advertising.

  • Drive a program to raise the profile of 5-7 key executives on LinkedIn, working in collaboration with a retained consultant.

  • Help to launch a companywide social media advocacy program for all employees.

  • Manage the development and sharing of quarterly marketing and communications summaries, consolidating various analytics and data inputs into clear reports to guide decision-making.

  • Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of data for marketing automation/CRM hub (HubSpot) ensuring compliance with data privacy and security.

  • Lead the use and optimization of marketing automation/CRM hub (HubSpot) including tasks such as audience segmentation, generating leads, email marketing, social media management (both paid and organic), paid advertising, and creating detailed dashboards to track overall marketing performance.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to External Marketing Director in implementation of content marketing initiatives.

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

    Education & Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications, integrated marketing and communications, media and public relations, or another related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience required, with at least 5 of those years focused on digital marketing.

  • Supervisory experience required.

  • Microsoft 365 skills proficiency required.

  • HubSpot experience required.

  • Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Experience working in professional services setting preferred.
