Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager II for CBC Specialty Beverage is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty, and growing revenue through strategic relationship management, business development, performance monitoring, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ongoing training/support on offerings, including products and services.

• Regularly review customer accounts to assess needs, provide updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Conduct regular account audits to evaluate profitability and ensure return on investment standards are met.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.

• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Food & beverage experience.

• Excellent communication skills required.

• Must be able to travel to client sites.

• Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers.
