Our family oriented hospitality client is looking for a hands on Creative Services Director to join their team in a fulltime capacity.\ \ The ideal candidate will be brand savvy and have the ability to translate business needs into powerful creative execution!\ \ This position will require 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) on site in Chicago IL with Monday and Friday as optional work from home days.\ \ The Creative Services Director must:\ - Experience leading both an in house creative team as well as an agency creative team, ideally for a consumer brand, retail or hospitality\ - Demonstrated strong creative background in integrated marketing with an emphasis on digital and social\ - Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign\ - Experience managing a team which should include growing, developing and building teams\ - Strong communication with both internal stakeholders as well as external agency partners\ \ The Creative Services Director will be responsible for:\ - 40% hands on and 60% strategic leadership\ - Elevating the quality of design and conceptional work to be used in multiple channels\ - Oversee design and content development for both in house and agency partners\ - Provide guidance and leadership to the creative services team\ \ #LI-TH1\ \ \ \ Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
