Description

We are currently looking for a proactive Creative Recruiter with a sharp eye for talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top-tier design and marketing professionals who can thrive in our clients' dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients remain staffed with exceptional talent. The recruiter will work to support clients across various markets to support hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates for creative marketing and design roles.

2. Develop innovative strategies for locating and attracting top talent in the industry.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and functions for each role.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive experience.

5. Stay updated with market trends and industry changes to advise on recruitment strategy.

6. Lead interview processes, including crafting and extending offers.

   Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in creative, design, or marketing roles

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top talents.

5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently

6. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting software.

7. Knowledge of labor legislation, permanent & contract roles.

8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets.
