Job Description:

• Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, which include Accounting, finance reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll

• Create and maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures

• Provide financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments and pricing decisions

• Produce the annual budget and forecasts and oversee the production of periodic financial reports

  Requirements

Requirements and preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• 8 or more years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industries

• Strong team leadership experience with the ability to engage your team around a shared vision of excellence
