We are seeking aConstruction Internto work full-time during the summer.This internship program gives Interns hands-on project work experience as well as the opportunity to learn about all facets of the building industry. We are looking for a flexible self-starter who likes to work as an individual, as well as with a team.This is a great opportunity to gain some valuable professional work experience.All interns participate inEpsteins Internship Programthat offers additional learning and presentation opportunities and allows Epstein professionals to further aid our Interns with establishing their professional goals.
General Responsibilities:
- Developing subcontractor interest in bidding projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of all documentation packages for competitive bidding of project work.
- Assisting in the preparation of contract awards, subcontracts, purchase and change orders.
- Assisting in the preparation and updating of project costs and schedules.
- Assisting in the review, processing and tracking of vendor submittals. Expediting delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assisting in preparation of internal and external project status updates including schedules and cost reports.
