Premier global law firm located in Chicago is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal to work in their Chicago office. The law firm offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule and a friendly team! The firm offers professional development and room to grow.

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Drafting and analyzing legal documents.

• Performing all due diligence relative to commercial transactions, including title examinations, survey analysis, and lease reviews.

• Assisting the legal team with all aspects of property transactions, from acquisition through closing.

• Managing communication with clients, attorneys, lenders and brokers during the closing process.

• Remaining current on all laws, regulations, and best practices in commercial real estate.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field. Completion of a certified paralegal program is preferred.

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
