Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our clients innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.

• Develop automation processes for deployment and scaling of cloud applications.

• Monitor and manage performance, costs, security, and reliability of the cloud environment.

• Collaborate with development team to understand software development life cycle, code architecture, and configuration management.

• Troubleshoot issues and outages, and perform root cause analysis for system errors.

• Collaborate with IT security team to ensure the cloud infrastructure follows compliance and security standards.

• Provide training and technical guidance for end users and IT staff on cloud services and technologies.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar software engineering role.

• Hands on experience with cloud services such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.

• Experience with deployment automation tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
