This is an opportunity to be a key part of Capgemini s Insights & Data Banking & Capital Markets Leadership team and effectively participate in and drive the next level of growth for this organization. Banking & Capital Markets is the fastest growing sector in our Insights & Data group and we are looking to add a leader who can bring growth and transformation to our group.
We are looking for a Senior Data Leader with proven track record of building and managing portfolios in the Insights and Data space of over $50M annual revenue. Candidate should have expertise in enhancing footprint at clients through a deep understanding of client s business objectives, demonstrated thought leadership, solution-based selling and developing deep client intimacy. Candidate should have proven experience in managing clusters of large accounts establishing world class delivery teams, establishing connects in C-suite and having a deep industry connect with a range of partners/solution providers in the data management space.
Candidate should have a proven track record of delivering large scale data programs and should come form a data management heritage. Candidate should demonstrate deep understanding and practical knowledge of data management drivers for Tier 1 organizations such as Cloud Data management, AI/ML adoption, AI & DataOps, Data Privacy etc.
Skills Required
15+ years of experience in a leadership role at a financial services Consulting/SI or major
Proven expertise in Data & Analytics in one or more banking verticals (e.g. Wealth/Asset Management, Consumer Banking, Cards & Payments, Capital Markets)
Proven expertise in data management to enable engagement as a thought leader (relevant topics above)
3-5 years of experience managing data engagements at Tier1 organizations ($20M+)
Strong network of partners in the data management space
Proven track record of driving data management deals from inception to delivery in the $5M range
People manager par excellence proven track record of building global teams that deliver customer value

Understands the clients global strategy, is able to shape and align the client strategy with Capgemini strategy and portfolio. Translates this to a rolling 3-year account plan. Is recognized in the market as Industry expert. Anticipates the market. Is able to generate big deals (>M� 50). Global account, indicative size over M�50. revenues, leveraging and performing cross-discipline and building of business opportunities. Influences the client�s decision making based on deep understanding of client culture and requirements. Strikes the right balance between safely managing existing contracted revenues and profit and growing new business on the account through the timely involvement of Opportunity Development sales colleagues. Ensures his strategy is followed by the Sales Team on the ground.
