Description Robert Half has joined forces with a well-respected company to look for a team-oriented Bookkeeper for immediate hire. Do you consider yourself knowledgeable in A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting? This Bookkeeper opportunity may be for you. Key responsibilities

• Examine payments received and record deposits

• Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

• Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

• Manage and review general ledger

• Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

• Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries Requirements - Prior experience using accounting software

• Accounts receivables systems experience required

• Quickbooks Online experience desired

• Automated billing experience

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
