What you will be doing:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
Assists with new team members training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Observe relevant health and safety standards

Occasional Distinguishing, with a degree of accuracy, differences or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors and/or odors
Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
