Job Summary:

Embrace an outstanding career opportunity with us as an Audio-Visual/Technical Services Manager at a high profile account in downtown Chicago! This role offers a chance to lead an extraordinary team, ensuring detailed execution of AV/technical services in a collaborative and inclusive environment for upwards of 150-200 meetings per month. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 (Technicians & Lead Technicians) and will enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the technical services team to deliver flawless performance, strictly adhering to company standards

• Supervise, empower, and lead a team of Technicians

• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring successful implementation of all technical services

• Develop and lead strategic plans for technical projects, figuring out priorities and effectively managing resources

• Collaborate with other technology providers to integrate services

• Monitor and manage equipment inventory, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

• Ensure room check inspections and regular preventative maintenance is performed on all equipment

• Create proposals for new AV equipment, services, or staffing as requested or needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Confirmed experience in an audio-visual/technical management role

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage technical teams and projects

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Sophisticated knowledge of technical systems and infrastructure

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• CTS Certification is advantageous
